Privacy notice

This website is published by Studio Education Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 09396891), registered office 155a Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells TN1 2EB. This notice explains what personal information the site collects and how we use it.

The contact form

If you write to us through the form on the Contact page, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. The form sends this to us by email. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone outside Studio, except where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our own records, and then delete them.

Browsing the site

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which record the internet address of visitors and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please write to contactus@studio.education. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
